By creating a coach account on Trance for Mission, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Safety Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the platform.
Coach Responsibilities
Coaches must provide accurate credentials, maintain professional conduct in all client interactions, honor booked sessions, and keep their profile information (categories, availability, pricing) up to date.
Verification & Safety
All coach registrations are subject to review and approval before appearing publicly. Trance for Mission reserves the right to request supporting documentation, suspend, or remove accounts that violate platform safety standards or receive credible client safety complaints.
Bookings & Payments
Session scheduling, cancellations, and payouts are governed by the policies presented in your coach dashboard. Coaches are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings and communicating changes promptly.
Prohibited Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, misrepresentation of qualifications, solicitation of clients outside the platform to avoid fees, and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination.
Limitation of Liability
Trance for Mission acts as a platform connecting coaches and clients. We are not liable for the outcomes of coaching sessions, disputes between coaches and clients, or indirect damages arising from platform use.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
